Suzanne and Alice are simply the best! I had a very tight time line to purchase a property, 3 weeks to be exact when I reached out to them.....yikes! I never thought I could pull it off. I got referred to them through my amazing RBC branch, they were lighting quick to respond and set up a time to meet and go through my needs. Within seconds of describing what I was looking for, they both mentioned the same property for sale. They thought it would be the perfect fit.
We went to look at the property the next day and it was exactly what I was looking for. I thought to look at a few others and then decide. Suzanne worked on finding me other options and setting up times to view, all weekend long and into the morning hours. We kept texting back and forth with options. Over the next few days, we looked at a few other properties but the one they had suggested was the one. One last visit to the property and it was a done deal.
Suzanne worked with me closely to get me the best deal. By the end of the 3rd week, I was a proud owner of my new property and I could not be happier. The team is amazing, it is a one stop shop with mortgage advisor, realtor, inspector, lawyer and financial advisor all working together. Honestly, the purchase was easier than going to the mall and looking for a perfect pair of jeans :)
